If you do not wish to have a personal trainer and just want to know more about your health, individual sessions can be arranged. These can include topics like performance, weight loss, nutrition, bone health, body composition, and your overall health. This is not limited to individuals either. If you are an organizational representative and you would like a seminar given to your organization, this can be arranged as well.

Grant Writing
PHC offers grant writing services. If you and or your company need assistance in writing a grant, we can help. As professionals, we are actively engaged in grant writing and have years of experience with successful grants. Associated fees and services are as follows:

General information:

• Initial non-refundable fee which is for initial grant searches, potential program designs and proposal development options. This will be credited towards the cost of the grant proposal.
• If the grant proposal is unsuccessful, there will be a monetary credit towards another proposal up to an agreed upon number of grants (when multiple grants are being written).
• An estimate of time required will be given to you before the proposal is written which may or may not have an impact on your fee.
• If the fees are too steep, options to reduce the cost can be discussed.
• A formal contract between the two organizations will be used.
• Requested from you will be an evaluation of the writer’s performance.

Fees (2 options):

• Hourly Fee at $65/hour and a set maximum fee will be determined
• Project Fees (the variation stems from the complexity of the grant)
• Foundation or Cooperate grants: $1000 - $3000
• State and Federal grants: $3000 - $8000

Other important information:

• Our name(s) can either be on or off of the grant depending on your wishes as an organization.
• Cost for Grant Writing Services and administration services are for agreed rate per hour or per project. Payment is not contingent upon receipt of the grant.
